CPR Cell Phone Repair Fishers | Macbook, Computer, Game Console, iPad Experts

Went in with a small crack on the bottom right hand corner of my phone screen. Made an appointment, go in the next day, Got a “no problem, we’ll get this switched out. Come back in about an hour and a half.” Come back and they say “oh it’s giving us some trouble, give us about another 30 minutes” I say okay I’ll just come back at like 1 o’clock (an hour and a half later). Get back, and now they are telling me that they must have a defective batch of screens, they’ve tried like 6 screens and none of them are working, and then asked me if I wanted to try the actual apple screen which was about 200 dollars more. I said sure how long will that take. And they tell me just a few minutes to see if it will work and then if it does about 45 minutes to put it on. I say okay go ahead and try. They come back and say it works but they can’t give me that screen because it was actually reserved and that I’d have to come back after they ordered one… or I could take it somewhere else and that they think it might still work through the cracks. So they hand it back to me 10x more busted than when I brought it in, I took it to a different store, that guy says they must have damaged the internal display component because he can’ get the screens on both after market and apple, but they were flashing on and off and doing things they shouldn’t be doing. So I ended up having to get a new phone. Will never go back here

CPR did a great job repairing my daughter’s iPad! Screen was cracked and iPad was bent and they were able to fix! Drew was a wonderful technician- very knowledgeable! Will come back for future repairs!

Great experience! Had an appointment ant CPR to replace my charging port when my phone was no longer charging after the people at the Apple Store said that was the only fix. On the morning of my appointment my phone started charging on its own again (of course) but I called and they recommended I still come in to get the charging port cleaned out free of charge! Took literally one minute and was so easy, thanks!

Justin helped me today and I’d definitely come back to get his help! He was so nice and his customer service is top tier. I was able to get my iPhone screen (that was cracked) replaced within an hour! Thankfully they had my iPhone model screen in the back to where they could do it same day. So thankful for it! I’ll be recommending everyone to come see Justin for his help!
