Both employees i dealt with were very courteous and informative. They did a great job repairing my phone (cracked screen) in a timely manner and at really good price. I would definitely use them again and recommend anyone needing repairs to check them out.

Main point, they did a great job replacing my glass screen. It is perfect. Thank you. The part I didn't like at all was that none of the kids working there have any soft skills, like at all. They do not understand how to talk to customers and answer questions without being a smart a$$, even as you pay them $300+ for a new screen. To the administrator/owner, the staff should be much better at customer service than they are, especially with those kinds of prices.

Our phone locked up completely...we couldn't reboot it or update it. We had taken it to an AT&T store and they were unable to do, specifically, what was needed...but they said that uBreakiFix would be a good place to try. BEST advice. uBreakiFix was FAST, FRIENDLY and extremely helpful! After hours and hours of frustration, trying to repair things myself, they were able to take care of things COMPLETELY, in less than 30 minutes! We all deal with frustrations with phones and computers at times; when it happens, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND uBreakiFix as THE place to go.

They did a good job changing the battery on my phone. I was hesitant to leave my phone with them but I had no issues. They told me would be 2 hours but it was ready before the time. The front desk person was very nice and informative.

I had a great experience at this repair shop. Both Gray and Taylor were very helpful and in addition to fixing my item, they took time to educate me on how to correct the problem in the future. This was greatly appreciated. Their work was quick and efficient.
