I would like to give a big shout out to the geek squad at best buy in Evansville these guys are awesome. The whole team assisted in helping unlock my mother’s iPhone. She is so grateful and thankful and so am I . God bless the whole team , I thank you so much amazing service thanks again guys

Very good service and communication with technicians prior to arrival. Good work done. Problem is the old “protection plan” has morphed into a very poor coverage and VERY EXPENSIVE for the cost of the visit, especially in light of having the plan. Definitely would discourage anyone from using. By the way, I’ve been under these plans for many years. No more

Bought 65 inch tv in 2021 with 5 year geek squad protection. Tv picture went out in 2023 called geek squad locally put on hold said for 8 minutes kept on hold for over an hour. Called 1-800 number to try for better service was put on hold & this time after 7 minutes phone disconnected. Will never buy geek squad protection ever again. Rip off! Zero stars!!

Ejike (AGK) & his partner did a superior job setting up my new TV. When they arrived with it...turned out I made a mistake. The TV I chose just wasn't what I wanted at all. They returned it to the store & brought the new one that I chose back to the house & installed all on the very same day. They didn't leave until I was comfortable with the operation of my TV & streaming. There are no words that are good enough to describe my gratitude!!!

After shopping at various stores I returned to best buy because of Jordan. He was very knowledgeable and gave me hope of recovering data from my old phone that had gotten ran over. All of the other places said there was no hope, but Jordan was familiar with all of the new features and was able to recover all of the data from my old Samsung S4 and put it on my newly purchased S9! He also helped my add the screen protector. It was great to see a sales associate KNOW the products they sell and not just someone looking to sell something.
