I needed the display on my laptop replaced. I bought a screen from the OEM. When I received the screen I called Computers Plus to set up an time for them to replace it. They told me to bring it in and they would install it the same day. I was expecting them to say it would be a week or two before they could get to it. I dropped the laptop off about noon and picked it up at 5:00. Great service! A big shout out to Beau, the technician, and Dave for doing a great job!!

Customer service is excellent. They helped me figure out my needs for a computer and I wasn't even purchasing anything from them! However I will definitely turn to them, and have in the past, when I have a computer problem!

I had built a PC on my own and had extreme difficulty getting my bios and windows downloaded and to work properly, I brought my PC into the shop and Dave Brown and Logan helped me out tremendously! They fixed my windows and now all I have is the setup of it when I get home! Incredible service!
