Called to ask about a repair on my Galaxy S23+ and the lady was VERY knowledgeable without effort. Took my phone in to have them do the repair that we discussed over the phone and turns out she was 100% right on the exact problem. The guy that handled the front area was professional but also made for a relaxed, comfortable environment. When I went back in to pick up my phone after it was fixed, he showed me the part they replaced as well as what specific tiny part was causing my issue with my phone. Didn't try to price gauge and sell me more "repairs" that weren't necessary, either, and the price for my repair was fair. 10/10 recommend. Won't go anywhere else if I need any other repairs on any electronic device.

I went in last night, they said it would take 5 hrs to get my device FRP unlocked. So i called them before 2 to see if i could go pick it up and Erike told me that i have to come in a hr. So i went on the website to check the status and they did not even start fixing anything on the device. So i contacted samsung. I would just say go somewhere else that is more friendly. That is not customer service when they are rude and disrespectful.
