I STRONGLY RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR ELECTRONICS ELSEWHERE. I brought my laptop in for a hinge repair that interfered with the plastic on the front of my computer screen. The guys I talked to seemed fine enough but once I got my laptop back from its repairs, I noticed I had a decent chip in the plastic of my computer by my escape and volume keys that hadn’t been there when I dropped it off. There are also some scratches and another chip in the plastic on the bottom of my computer that had not been there before. In the moment it didn’t bother me too much but then when it came time for payment, I was confused why my bill was not my original quoted price. The worker there had told me that there was a $15 sales tax. I had politely recommended him that he should include that next time in the original quote price. He got defensive about it and almost argued with me that there being a 7% sales tax is a given in any sales transaction. The only problem was that he was very rude about it and didn’t explain why he couldn’t mention it in the original quote price and why there even is a sales tax when this is a service based company. Overall not happy with the experience. Will be recommending family and friends elsewhere

I had my screen replaced here a month and a half ago and bought a 50 dollar screen protector that is supposed to have a limited lifetime warranty on it and today I noticed my screen is cracked in the same location so as the first time which tells me that this repair wasn't done properly. Then on top of that this establishment is trying to charge me 419.00 to replace my screen a second time when I have insurance through Verizon and then I have coverage through gadget guard also with their 50 dollar screen protector. The guy I talked to was rude and very much being a jerk

A friend recommended I try this location, and I did my research because previous stores I've been to had me wipe my data or back it up "just in case" for a screen replacement. So now I've been dealing with a shattered screen for YEARS (the phone was still good just cracked). This store had the samsung s22 screen in STOCK so I also didn't have to wait an entire week for it to be ordered, shipped etc. The employees were knowledgeable and great at explaining things to me. They told me it would be done in AN HOUR!! Other places make you leave it there all day and sometimes overnight. I run a business so having my phone back right away is extremely important. I came back in exactly an hour later it was done, brand new screen and works perfect. Very happy with the service.

Update: They worked very diligently with me to get everything right and I am happy to say I have the iPad back and all is in good working order. I would recommend uBreakiFix in Crown Point for any of your tech repair needs as they will make sure you are satisfied. Came out with problems it didn’t have before. I will be bringing it back later today because the forward facing camera no longer works even though it worked before I brought it in. I will expect a refund of my money or an attempt to repair this fault that was caused during the repair process.
