Endeavor Communications

Attempted to have service discontinued for a month or 2 due to house being hit by tornado and unable to live there. They said sure, if you return equipment. If not we charge 250.00. Can't go into house safely to get equipment. So keeping service on at 89.00 a month. Do better Endeavor. Edit, Received a phone call from endeavor, from Sharon. She was so very helpful. Our service will be discontinued while our house is damaged. Thank you Endeavor you did better!

I could not be happier with the service and support we receive through Endeavor Communications. We did not have access to high-speed internet before they came to our area in 2020. Since that time, our ability to work and go to school remotely has been lifechanging. The streaming has also saved us money, and we have so many more choices of what to watch than we once did. The speed and convenience of their service are wonderful, but I am also extremely happy with their customer service. I have only had a couple of interactions with Endeavor employees, but each time I do, I have received exceptional customer service. The person who installed our system was efficient, courteous, and patient. He even helped us get set up with a mesh system to help extend service throughout our home. The people I have talked to on the phone have been kind, professional, and knowledgeable. In many industries, good customer service is harder and harder to come by these days. I want to thank Endeavor for providing a great customer experience.
