Spenser helped us keep our 7 year old HP desk top computer going by cleaning out viruses and installing a free malware app, plus he explained 8 other issues and how to fix them. He is an excellent teacher and is kind, patient, and a clear speaker, which is what we need as 85 year old people. Thank you, Spencer! We’ll be back.

I had to drive here from Lafayette to get my Samsung Z flip 6 fixed, which had the black screen of death. Firstly they were informative letting me know they would have to look at the phone to determine if there was any warranty claim possible. There was! I'm lucky I guess. They did let me know also I'd have to wait for parts to order in. This worked out well for me because I had to come back to Indy for an appt in 2 weeks anyway so I didn't even ask how long the parts took to arrive. I know you can mail it in, however I had a GREAT customer experience with each of the staff members when I dropped off, called, and picked up the phone. That tells me that everyone at this store is working together to provide great service. I honestly wanted to shout out to the staff for being so great to work with. You all deserve a compliment for your fantastic work. Thank you.

Amazingly fast friendly service. Broke my screen and got it fixed fast and expertly by these nice folks. Very impressed by the value and service. I hope I don't need the service again. But if I do I will definitely go back to UbreakIfix in Carmel.

Scheduled an appointment ahead of time for a Samsung repair. They had my contract information, e-mail, number, etc. Upon arrival I was told their Samsung system was down and they could not help me. I would have appreciated a message before my appointment letting me know of the system being down, offered a mail-in option, or rescheduling. Only option I was referenced was to a store on Washington St. There were many options that they could have chosen, but waiting until my appointment is poor customer service and lack of communication.
