I have taken three damaged Samsung phones to this CPR Cell Phone Repair Carmel over the past six years. Each time, the assigned technician correctly identified the problem, quickly estimated the cost to repair, and then worked speedily to fix the phone and return it to me. I never felt overcharged, I never had a reason to complain, and I never needed to make a return trip. Today, I took in a phone, described the symptoms of my problem, and Sam noticed he could fix the problem on the spot without charging me. If/when I have another problem with a mobile phone, I will not hesitate to return. FYI: Two phones had batteries that overheated, expanded, and separated the screen from the back of the phone. Today's problem turned out to be a barely-visible foreign object in the charging port preventing a good connection.

My husband and I have bought a used I-Phone and two used I-Pads at this store over the past 4 years with excellent results and no issues with the purchased devices. The transfer of data from the old device to the new one was seamless each time. More importantly, the willingness of the staff to consult after the sale (even years after the sale) with regard to software/use issues unrelated to the device itself (ICloud account issues, backup issues, data sharing across ICloud accounts, etc.). I trust Sam and the other staff members for consultation about use issues much more than anyone at a so-called "Genius Bar", and I don't have to wait as long.
