Star was absolutely amazing. She had to replace both the front and back glass on my phone. She was courteous and very knowledgeable . She is a gem!! I cannot thank her enough!! The phone is like brand new!

I can't recommend the at-home service enough! My Galaxy 8's screen has a very weird glass issue that caused my phone to be unusable. They came out next day, were on time, and fixed my glass quickly. My technician, Star, was very knowledgeable, fast, and polite. 10/10 experience.

Star was amazing ! Explained everything and was so kind and helpful. She communicated with me as to when she would be arriving and exactly what she would be doing. She then went to her car and came back in less than an hour with my phone fixed!!!! Such a wonderful lady! Thank you Star!

Star was prompt and professional. She kept me informed of her arrival time, and followed my directions as far as parking and which entrance to use. Star was very friendly, and even pet my dogs! My phone is as good as new after her expert repair. (And she fixed it faster than I thought it would take). I don’t want my phone to break again, but if it does, I hope Star is the technician I get!
