Very rude staff who refused to wear a mask while customers are in the store despite a mask mandate for Monroe County. They will not get my business ever again. Response to Owner: Why would anyone with concern over a deadly virus that could be easily prevented go to a place where people will not take the precautions to prevent transmission? Legal or not, there is no reason for people to expose themselves to this and it is worthy of telling the public that this business will not enforce public health mandates for their own employees. If you don't enforce it on your customers, that is lazy but plenty of businesses are not able to enforce it on every customer, but not to ask your employees to wear a mask and, furthermore, make them interact with all of the customers? Why not make any employees who have a legal exemption not interact with the customers?

Absolutely incredible service! I called first to make sure they provided the service I required. The person who helped me over the phone was kind, patient and informative. Once I arrived at the store, I was not only quickly greeted, but then immediately assisted. What seemed to be a complicated task for me turned out to be a quick fix. J explained what was happening to my laptop, gave me a few instructions and pointers and I was on my way! A “problem” I had been avoiding for over a year was fixed within ten minutes!

I went to MacExperience on January 26, 2021 at 10am with my iPhone 11 Pro needing a battery replacement. I worked with a representative named Scott who was very helpful. He explained what the process would be, how much it would cost ($125), and informed me that if they cannot easily remove the battery they would have to send it to Apple, which could take 3-10 days on average. I was expecting them to take the whole day but to my surprise they called me back within 2 hours to come and pick up my iPhone! I have no complaints and recommend them if you are needing an iPhone battery replaced. Do note that I priced the same repair via Apple.com and they quoted me $70 to mail it in and wait a minimum of 3-5 days to get it back. I decided to go here and pay a bit more to get it back more quickly and they were able to do that successfully! Thank you!

The folks at The Mac Experience were not able to repair my 3-weeks-out-of-warranty iPhone today. However, they were kind and courteous the entire time. They seemed genuinely sorry that they could not fix my iPhone today and patiently discussed my (somewhat limited) options with me, even though the store was rather busy. Their rates are very reasonable for the amount of equipment and experience it takes to be an Apple-certified server provider. Thank you for the good try, The Mac Experience!

Was excited to see an Apple Store open again near Bloomington. I brought my iPhone to get reset because I locked myself out of it. The technicians were very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient with doing that for me. They also gave tips on how to prevent and fix it in the future.
