Really want to leave a good review for this place but I’ve had issues here every time I’ve come. First time, they gave me my laptop back scratched up, clamp indents, and my screen covered in glue. Never mentioned any of it. I thought they had damaged the screen before I cleaned it myself. I don’t know why they wouldn’t had done this naturally themselves. The second time I dropped my laptop off, they told me two days to diagnose it. After two weeks I never heard back. Went in and no explanation or no apology for the wait. Front desk people have been pretty cold and impersonal. Treats you like you’re inconveniencing them. Said the charging port needed replaced but they couldn’t do it. Had to leave and come back again because they hadn’t put the laptop back together. They advertise “We repair all devices”. My laptop is only three years old and they say they can’t do it. They also do not give you a receipt when you drop your electronics off which I dislike greatly. I would like proof they have my expensive items. Pretty frustrated with my experiences here.

Great customer service. I had been battling my phone not charging easily for 6 months thinking I needed a new phone because repairs would be too expensive. Then my daughter’s iPad stopped charging all together. Walked in, phone was fixed in a minute, just needed cleaned, and the iPad was diagnosed the next minute. Reasonably priced but more importantly worth it because of customer service and convenience. Thanks Oscar!

Walked in and was helped immediately. Resolved charging issue and installed new screen protector in less than 15 mins. Price was competitive. Would use again.

great people, very helpful, fair priceing, will explain in plain English what the problem is and how much it will be to fix it. had a ps4 and cell phone repaired here ps4 was done the same day and the phone took 2 days because they had to order the part.

Great shop- walked in yesterday with my busted screen and a replacement, came back a couple hours later to pick it up- it was working great, paid a reasonable price- all around good deal
