Kevin was absolutely incredible. I had a gaming rig that essentially turned itself into a brick and the manufacturer refused to place under warranty. Kevin was able to do a complete root cause analysis and help me with replacement parts in less than 48 hours. Rig is now faster than ever. He is also very open with communication, walking through every step and guiding you through tests that have been conducted. If you are anywhere in the Indy area and have PC issues, this is the place to go!

Kevin is very knowledgeable and has a quick turnaround with fixing your computer. Sometimes you wish there was a higher rating you can give someone, other than 5 stars, cause Kevin deserves 10 stars! He's better than the "Geek Squad" and his prices are better than even Amazon for parts. If you have ANY computer related issues, take it to Kevin at Computer Solutions on main street in Beech Grove! Awesome Computer Repair Shop! We found Kevin’s place driving by on Main Street going to and from our school. I called and he was so helpful over the phone, very knowledgeable and a great listener; he was able to diagnose the problem we were having with our lap top and PC over the phone before taking it to him to fix. Our 12 year-old expressed interest in seeing what Kevin would do to fix the problem; He came along with me to drop off the PC; Kevin took the time to give our son a little tutorial and encouraged him in his interests in computers. We picked up our PC today and both of our boys are so excited about all the operating system. The cost to fix our PC was reasonable and we will definitely recommend Kevin to everyone we know and will come back to him in the near future for a newer refurbished PC.
