I can't honestly rate my experience with the technician. We really didn't talk much. But I'm sure he's kind. Re service, I took my phone in to clean or replace the charger port. During repair the screen went black. I had to pay for the part before disposing the phone. Overall, not the service I was hoping for. Off to BEST Buy for a new phone.

Brittany was very helpful and made my experience great, she gave me suggestions to be able to get my phone fixed and back the same day. With what I do for work it’s impossible to be without my phone so I was glad Brittany was there to make everything go smoothly

When I arrived at ubreakifix I was greeted right away by Brittany Zweck. I was also treated with the upmost respect by Ms. Zweck. She had great customer service skills and helped me in the best way she could and I really appreciated that. I really definitely be using them in the future. P.s. great work on my PlayStation 5’s. They are working wonderfully.

Tracy helped me fix my phone in no time and was very respectful and resourceful. Had no issues at all and she also showed her leadership by assisting a team member in training with the process of starting the repair. Appreciate it!
