Excellent customer service. But the installers seem to lack some of the basics of their job, and are always in a hurry to get the job done, thus showing the lack of quality of the outcome of the job at hand

Awful customer service. Routinely finds a reason to not honor ACP and overcharge. Old equipment and just a hassle to deal with. Save your money and go with any other option.

I had CTI for several years. My children told me that the internet connection was slow (I hadn't a clue, just thought it was supposed to be that way). Unfortunately, a hardship fell upon me. I'd already given up cable TV, so the next non-priority to go was the internet. I called late February to ask about a $40 package, only to be told they didn't have one. Ok...so if I want to end services, I needed to call back on the LAST day of the month. At the same time, I was told I would get a call back. We all have gotten busy and forgotten such tasks, I'm sure. To say the least, I forgot to call. So on the first day of the following month, when I called to cancel, I was now told the new statements got sent out. Someone would call me back. By this time, I had been informed by my daughter, that they do, in fact, have a fourth package for $40. A little bit irate, by being lied to, and again, that hardship... I was unable to pay the bill. On April 3, my internet connection was "shut off". Take note of that "shut off". Fast forward to early June. Checking the mail, I received three envelopes from CTI, all postmarked the same day but with different invoice totals. One was a credit that even baffled the employee I was speaking to. Another is a bill for over $400! I call again, short of it is, equipment and 2 months past due. Two? I knew of March, but now they say I owe April. I was "shut off" April 3, meaning I had NO SERVICES. On April 23, they "disconnected" or terminated services. I paid the past due March bill and turned in equipment. Was told I'd get a call back after they listened to prior phone call conversations. Fast forward to August when I get a get a voicemail saying to pay or be disconnected. I'm already disconnected.... Call AGAIN to be given some number to call. What is this number, I ask. Collections, he says. Sixty one or $67 due for that April bill that I received NO SERVICES! Not only that, they knew I wanted to end or "pause" (something they offered if I had made that last day of the month phone call), I never got those "someone will call you back" phone calls on three different instances, and lastly, I never got a late charge/disconnect type bill like I had previously, when late. Services have been disconnected and equipment turned in, why would I go online and go to their site to check my account? Within days I receive a bill dated July 31 from collections for $85.57. CTI, all I have to say is, you have went downhill, fast. Same crew, you said? Whatever. I don't think Adam would have let this happen. BTW, if I could have, I would have given ZERO stars!

So far the internet has been better than the competition, but I’m not very impressed with the installation. The cable has been sitting on the ground for about 4 months now, and I was told that they’d wait til better weather and give me a phone call to set up a day that works best for me to get the cable in the ground. Today they showed up unannounced after it’s been raining all week. I work nights, so the machine/men being in my back yard unscheduled really put a dampener on my sleep schedule. Not to mention my walk way from my car to my house is now a muddy torn up mess, so much for waiting for better weather so they didn’t have to tear up my yard more than necessary. Edit: I had to change my review to 5 stars for the customer service. After seeing my review, I received a phone call from Bobbie who understood where my frustrations came from, and provided solutions. Thanks to Bobbie, and the crew that came and fixed the spots in my yard.
