My cell phone volume buttons were broke and my phone was stuck on the blue warning screen. I went several places around town trying to get my phone fixed with no luck. Shawn set me up an appointment for the next day but was able to get me in the same day. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and was able to fix my phone for me .
