Great service, repaired my iPhone in less than an hour. I thought the price was very reasonable, and they were fair and honest about what the fix was. Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future. As an added benefit they have a case full of phones, pagers and PDAs that go back almost 50 years.

Great shop. Reasonable pricing. Knowledgeable services. I would trust these guys with any of my electronics. I’ve been here several times and never had a bad experience.

Edgar at CPR is fantastic. He asks questions to understand the issue. I thought I had a battery issue with my Samsung Galaxy. After checking the phone’s battery and the power connector he determined it was most likely my charger in the car was the problem. A new car charger resolved the issue. I appreciate that he didn’t guess, and I was so happy I didn’t need a new battery. I’ve referred friends and they have been very pleased with Edgar at CPR. Thanks again Edgar! High 5🖐

Edgar was very knowledgeable and helpful, replaced my ipad screen and battery quickly, and for a great price. This was the 3rd Apple repair job I’ve brought to this store. Highly recommend!

Called to inquire about issue with my current phone that was a promo from Comcast, I called Comcast prior seeking tech support and was told likely software problem do purchased new phone asked rep are charger & cable included he said yes. Phone delivered and no charger and cable was not USB. Going to stop in at CPR in Skokie location and the issue is only choose a contact to call or text and phone fails to complete choice. Turn off on couple times and resets and that's only issue on my 3 year old phone. So Comcast wanted $260.00 for new phone and that's fair $$$$$$. Called CPR and the rep asked me to bring my phone by and check it out. Plus CPR sells refurbished units, repairs and my Aunt in South Carolina referred me to CPR so have alternative for repair refurbished phones and CPR rep was interested to help me not sell me refurbished over the phone. Bottom line is shop round ask questions and be patient seeking help
