I recently took my laptop to Computer Drive for repairs, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue with my laptop. They not only fixed it in a timely manner but also provided excellent customer service throughout the process. My laptop is now running smoothly, and the pricing was fair. I highly recommend Computer Drive for any computer repairs—top-notch service and expertise!

It's clear that Computer Drive's focus is on making money at the expense of the customer rather than by providing quality service at a fair price. I had a hardware issue that they initially fixed but broke 2 months later. They were not willing to help other than by charging the full price to replace a defective part that they installed in my computer. I do not recommend using their services. It will cost you more and you'll have an all-around poor experience.

I originally was very happy with this service, but that is because I am not enough of a computer guy. I paid them over $700 to fix my computer. It worked but because its an Apple some things had glitches. It was a long time before I took it in to a store because I just thought it was software and could live with it. I finally found out the problem was with Computer Drive's work. Now they will not do a very simple fix that costs them nothing but 5 minutes of their time. Well, they will do it, for a charge. JUST BEWARE. They utilize their esoteric knowledge to place a customer at a disadvantage. On the positive side the hardware they put in is still working great 2 years later. They just never "serialized it". Oh in the end their repair was the same as the mac store quote, even though I thought I could save a few bucks. I will ALWAYS use the Mac store from now on.

Customer service does not exists. I work for an IT company we don't do break fix repair and went to this shop. Worst part is we used this shop at my old company a bunch of times and service was always great. This time they decided do nothing. Laptop is still having an issue. Employees always have to push everything to management. Management is always in a meeting. Not sure about what but I hope the meeting is about how they can improve customer service. The amount of time and effort that is spent dealing with these people is beyond a waste. At this point calling the manufacturer or just getting a new one is better then ever stepping foot back into this building.

My faithful Lenovo Think Pad laptop crashed last month and it crashed hard and without warning. I initially worked with Lenovo tech support, which only complicated the process of restoring my files and repairing the hard drive. My next stop was Computer Drive, an authorized Lenovo repair center. Although the process was slow and painstaking, Carlos, an amazing technician, was able to bring my laptop back to life. He resolved every issue and provided good coaching and encouragement for me, an admitted tech dinosaur. I'll reach out to Carlos for assistance when it comes time to modernize and purchase a new model, he really earned my trust.
