I just purchased a new computer at this store after my the screen on my 8 year-old Mac-book Pro started glitching heavily. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! Melanie helped my figure out what device would be right for me and my needs, and Dan and KT helped me migrate my data from my old device. Everyone was happy to answer my questions and the whole process went quickly even though the store was busy.

I made an appointment to get my iphone battery replaced and was greeted right away and checked in. I didn’t know what to expect with timing and was informed it would take 3 hours to complete, and I was given a time to come back. I returned at the time given and the phone was ready. Less than five minutes later the phone was brought out to me and had been cleaned as well. This costs nothing with Apple care. The few associates I spoke with were really kind and helpful.

Simple and speedy pickup for items purchased online but it quickly changed when I noticed my family of five were being followed by the security guard. After receiving the online pickup order the security guard walked from the store entrance to where we were, watching as we browsed through the chargers. I have three boy’s, two of them teenagers and my husband thrilled to see all the new gadgets apple has to offer. I felt racially profiled by the security guard and also appalled by a customer service representative who told me not hold the mobile device on display because it will set the alarm,all while security was watching us. A horrible way to end my first in store experience as a new iPhone user.

Nice store, my experience was good. Came to trade in my old phone after buying new one a week ago. It took really few minutes. Stuff was great and polite 💕 Answered all my questions about different products!

Absolutely horrible customer service!!! My iPhone 14 Pro Max went pitch black and I brought it in. I had an appointment and dropped off to replace the screen. They told me to come back after an hour and when I got back they told me that they couldn’t unscrew the bolts. The bolts have never been touched before. How on earth you don’t know how to unscrew your own product??! They made so many unprofessional comments like : “ It is the age of your phone” , “Take it somewhere else “, “ if you are looking for something cheap Apple isn’t your thing” I was absolutely shocked by everything they said. I have been Apple customer for a decade! I have never experienced such an unprofessional, rude treatment in any location. Anyways, I had to buy a new iPhone 16 and the sales guy was acting like a drug dealer. Apple, who are you hiring? How are you training these people? UNBELIEVABLE. There is a new trend where a large groups of people are switching to Android and now I understand why! Apple, you can and should do better
