Those people did not do what we agreed. They asked me to go back there and said he'll fix my battery which the order came already. He texted me to go there. He didn't fix it and asked me to go back the next day as it will take 3- 4 hours to put it and designated a time , 10 am I must be there. My husband and I did and the guy there in your shop made another excuse that he can't do it . Be back for some day with a priority list. So I canceled the service. The battery too. They're not good. I asked Brandon and the guy said he's at the back and couldn't help me too. I left the place upset , and so was my husband. Please have your employees briefed .

Kaenyn was my service rep. He was here within the 2 hour time frame and was very pleasant. I've never had a bad experience with this company as they are always polite and helpful.

Very awesome service. I thank Brandon for taking care of my computer and as well as Scott for their professional & awesome service. I became a member for their monthly fee and I know that I have a peace of mind knowing somebody can help me with my devices when they are disruptive, peace and blessings, thank you for your service. Unfortunately they lost my phone. I only brought it in to retrieve information from my phone because files were not backed up. I was told they did not label my phone and switched it with another phone and so there is no way to get my phone back. :( I was given a new phone and accessories as compensation. Doesn't come close to the value of information lost because of their negligence.
