ASK YOURSELF BEORE READING THIS REVIEW: HOW LONG HAS ANY NEW BATTERY WITH YOUR NEW PHONE LASTED? HOW LONG WOULD YOU EXPECT A BRAND NEW BATTRY BOUGHT AND REPLACED IN YOUR PHONE BY A BUISNESS TO LAST? Had TME replace a battery in a phone 10 months ago with what I was told was a new battery. The phone was a extra phone and was only used to store pictures and old info. The said phones battery is going out now. I called TME and asked about them correcting the situation. They informed me there is only a 90 day warranty on their work. I asked well what about a warranty on the supposed new battery that was installed by them 10 months ago. She informed me that the only warranty they honor is their 90 day warranty. I was than informed that for a $30 dollar fee that they can take a look at it. This place is a scam, they lock everyone in by making you pay a $30 intake fee for them to evaluate your device, therefore whatever they may tell you need done, you will feel obligated to have them work on it. I've heard nothing but nightmare stories about there work. I should of known better than to seek their services. I just assumed having a battery changed out on a phone couldn't result in me feeling totally robbed. If you purchased and installed a defective battery than you should be responsible to replace the battery. I already paid TME to purchase and install a battery so why would I restart the process all over again 10 months later by giving up 30 dollars just to be informed the battery needs replaced again? This buisness is corrupt, I question what back ally in China they ordered my "New Battery" from because in my opinion all they did was ordered a refurbished battery and charged me as if it was new. Take your buisness elsewhere, this buisness is only interested in how much money they can squeeze out of you. Their reply as seen under this review, is insulting in itself. Note, it's from the owner, all it does is make my point. As I stated at the beginning of my post; If you own a cell phone, how long has any new battery lasted before going bad? Would 10 months life be acceptable for a BRAND NEW BATTERY REPLACEMENT? ACCORDING TO TME IT IS...

Josee M-D came to my house & made my life a lot easier by organizing & simplifying the use of computer. She was quick, efficient , knowledgeable & patient with me as I'm not the sharpest tack in the drawer. I feel good about what she did for me. Thanks, Dwight L. Becker

Lady working today was very rude and did not want to spend any time talking to me. Went to get my phone screen fixed and also asked to get the charging and speaker cleaned out but that did not happen. Use to love going here whenever I had technology problems but they don’t want to give me the time of day.

I DO NOT recommend TME. I recently needed my camera lens and back glass repaired. My first trip to TME, I called ahead of time and confirmed I did not need an appointment and confirmed they had the parts I needed. I communicated I would be bringing my phone in the next day. After arriving I was told the techs were not in, due to an event they were attending, and they were not able to work on my phone that day. Several months later I finally was going to make the trip again to get my phone fixed. I again called ahead to confirm they had the parts and that they were available. I also requested a quote for the work. I was quoted $235. When I arrived they took my phone and said it would be 3 hours. I left and shopped around Peru while my phone was getting worked on. I received a call 2.5 hours later saying my phone was ready, but was not complete because another part broke during the repair. They communicated they would have the part the next day and I would have to bring the phone back. Upon pick up that day, my brand new lens had huge dust particles in it and the camera was in worse shape than when I first dropped it off. The next day I brought the phone back for the lens to get replaced again and the broken piece to be repaired. I assumed I would just wait in the waiting room for a quick swap out, but was then told it would be another 1.5 hrs for my phone to be complete. With disappointment I ran a few errands and returned to the shop 1.5 hours later to pick up my phone. At this point I was told they were just starting my repair and it would be about 30 min to complete. I decided to run and grab lunch and after returning I waited ANOTHER 2+ hours. Total of 4+ hours waiting around for them to repair their mistake from the replacement the prior day. I was livid. The communication at this company is terrible. I was continuously told “they’re almost done” “they’re doing one last check” and yet continued to wait another 30 min. Then another 30 min. And another 30 min. I had my newborn who needed a diaper change and needed to be fed, but I was under the impression that I was almost done over and over again. On top of all of this, I was charged $290 $55 over the original quote. The company has refused to provide any compensation for the hassle or the misquote of the work completed… even after everything. Look elsewhere for tech repairs.
