Staff is always friendly and helpful here (not so common anymore) so I very much appreciate knowing I'll get someone who is professional and courteous. The staff has been trained on rewards, extended warranties, assembly and other services which points good training and management that actually cares. Always very happy to shop here.

Tech Support at this Staples in Peru, IL is top line. I have an HP ZBook Studio x360 G5 Workstation. It's a little more expensive than an average laptop. The laptop was experiencing the blue screen, and it got so bad that I couldn't even use it. I took it into Staple's Tech Support, and they resolved the issue. It took a few weeks as it was complicated, and there were many driver and system items wrong. Ultimately, Thomas diagnosed the issue as the keyboard. The keyboard was replaced, and now the computer runs like the 1st day I started using. I am a very pleased customer and highly recommend this location for computer servicing. I would like to thank all involved. I think we have the best Staples in the nation. I travel, so I have been to a few of them over the years. Again, thank you, and God bless.

Do yourself a favor and go to Walgreens for your photos. We ended up taking our photos ourselves. We wasted the $42.77 buying two digital passport photos. Both of which were 2400 x 3600 dpi. We posted them as is!Everything looked good, But did not pass the travel.state.gov website. We got prompts telling us they were grainy and not big enough (or too big?) Minimum size is 10mb. The clerk spent some time downloaded the photo and printed them out. Here, you should have been given these photos. Obviously thats what we thought we had. The government site says different. She told us we can have the photos, but she can’t give us a refund. She gave us the newly printed photos (a week late)and said we could use for ID or FOID cards. It would have been nice to have them for our passports. Very Unprofessional & will not be using them for any ‘official’ documents. Do better, Staples.

The store employees were super helpful. I was purchasing new business cards. I will be back. Prices were fantastic as were the business cards except for my picture and that's on me lol

The self copy machine was down and there was a staff member working on it right away. The girl at the counter was on her own and a line formed for printing services. She was very attentive to all the customers even in a rush. Copy machine was fixed in about 15 minutes and I was on my way. Would come back. Helpful staff
