My experience with KC was AMAZING!! He was super friendly and easy to talk to. My phone had water, screen, and battery damage and KC had it fixed in under 2 hours. They charged me a fair price, way better than competitors, and even gave me and my dad free screen protectors. I can’t thank you guys enough, i will definitely return if i ever have phone problems again

Went to get my phone fixed and this guy Muhammed Haroon got to fix it in one day less than three hours. The guy was super chill and very understanding. My phone looks brand spanking new. 10/10 service recommended going here for any repairs.

I brought my phone to this store after it fell in water and the top half inch of the screen wasn't working. The gentleman who was working the front of the store (I believe he said his name was Mohammed), was absolutely lovely and so personable and he himself would earn 5 stars in my book, but the rest of my experience was the worst customer service experience of my life. I was told the connector to my screen was damaged and the screen needed to be replaced, as well as have some water removed from my phone. They told me they did this and then the put a screen protector on that they told me wasn't the right size, but I was fine with it being better than nothing. After the repair was done I pulled out and within a few blocks my phone restarted; no big deal I thought it was related to the repair and what they had done. Within the next 28 hours my phone turned off 3x, so I reached out to the company. The phone had no voicemail set up, so I sent a message via their online system. I got a call back the next day, but could only call back after business hours (without a voicemail box). My screen continued to become more discolored and my phone kept turning off, so I used it minimally and mostly just kept it sitting on a desk. At the end of the week I took my phone back, expecting that they would look at it, fix a loose part that was bumped in the repair, and I'd be on my way. My experience couldn't have been further from my expectation. The guy working insisted that I had dropped my phone and cracked my screen, and even called and told my husband that my repair wasn't under warranty bc I had damaged it. I wouldn't put it past my luck to break my phone twice in one week, but I'd absolutely admit to my crappy luck if I did. I told the man at the store multiple times that my phone barely moved and absolutely did not fall and the "crack" in the screen was actually the stress on the too big screen cover that was under my appropriately sized phone cover. I called, livid, and said I was getting my phone and do not do any more to my phone, and I got the response that the issue was the connector (how shocking that it was the initial "fixed" issue) and it was now fixed. I walked back into the store and requested my phone, only to have the staff member standing behind the counter wagging my phone next to his head as he lectured me about how I had broken my phone again. I told him I needed my phone or I was calling the police. He passed it over and after walking out of the door I had to go back for my phone cover. When I got home I realized that the guy had kept my SIM card, making my phone impossible to use (and resulting in a police report). While I am typically the type to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and assume unintentional mistake over intentional malicious intent, unfortunately in this case I can't rule out the malicious intent, especially when the store still had the slip of paper with my contact number, so if the SIM card had been accidentally left ouy of the phone we could have easily been contacted. So Mohammed, you were awesome and I would love to work with you again, but I would hope that everyone else would steer clear of this shady business!

I brought my phone in for a screen replacement, at first the screen looked good but the screen would glitch every time I tried to type or watch a video, I went in to get it fixed the second time and they just readjusted the screen. Again the same issue until finally I went back to see if they can resolve the glitching issue they went ahead a replaced the screen with a different one, it only lasted 2 months before again the screen started glitching and had heat spots from being a cheap screen. I get trying to be profitable since it’s a business but don’t go too cheap on the product.

Bought there Lyca mobile sim card there, seller promised buy one month one month free for $50 ,after one month service got disconnected so I called and asked him what happened, he said that in meantime promotion ended. So I ended up paying $50 for only one month. Very rude and unprofessional service, do not recommend.
