Had an issue with a new SSD I got from Amazon not working on my computer, I went and brought my computer in, got a new SSD installed and they optimized it for gaming too, got me a better SSD and got everything to work at a great price! Definitely recommend for all computer needs!

Toby was awesome. He was unable to fix my laptop, but saved the hard drive, provided great advice on new laptop, setup and maintenance. We all hope we never need someone like Toby, but if you do Computer Geeks if the place to go.

You guys are great. I bought a new mini PC, fully equipped with Windows 11 Pro pre installed, and enough RAM and hard drive space to do any home computing projects using Excel or Word. It works just great. People can go on the internet and find computers for less (not much less), but they will have to deal with buying software, installing it and making sure the BIOS, Operating System, asn drive formatting are all correct and properly licensed. You guys took care of all of that for me. I truly had a plug and play (PnP) experience using my new PC.

I happen to be in the store when that guy was there and he was an idiot, if you know anything about computers shutting it down in the middle of a bios update is about as dumb as you can get, but apparently somebody tried to help him and made things even worse and then when the dude behind the counter told him that it was under warranty, it seemed like the customer actually resented it. Then they gave him a $30 coupon and he complained. This is absolutely ridiculous. Talk about people trying to undermine small businesses. These guys have always done a great job for me whether or not they fixed something or just gave me advice. And I'm not sure where those 12 people came from but there was one guy who picked it up and that was the only one in the store. If I were computer Greeks I'd be happy if those guys never came back.
