Consistently helpful and knowledgeable service. They are also just the nicest people. Technology is changing so fast and often I can’t imagine buying a new computer and not ensuring I have Geek Squad service plan. It’s a must have for me & my hubby for new technology.

Fairly useless for a printer problem. Once they stopped trying to set up an appointment to come out. They listened to me and realized it was not a computer problem but a printer problem... they said they couldent do anything with the actual printer.. and to call HP tech support. 10 min of my good time wasted. Disgusting!

4 months ago paid 800$ for installation on speakers, amps, stereo, subs, etc. Let me remind you that this was 4 months ago since then they have canceled my appointment 3 times. Even when i was out the door pulling up to the best buy they’d call me saying the guy who was supposed to work on my car doesn’t want to come in. How you got 8 people up in there and only one of them know how to do car audio. Bad business don’t chose the geek squad.

I dropped off my laptop and computer over to the geek squad for cleaning. Once I picked it up they forgot to give the power cable to my computer to me and were arguing that they don’t have the cable until they admitted to finding it. After I wired up my computer it gave an error message “no boot disk detected”. I call them back and basically tell me there is nothing they can do for me. So now my computer doesn’t work. Perfect

Definitely a capacity problem there. Customer service cannot pick up the phone at all also. Im giving two stars as their online, over the phone help is good. Update - forget online/remote help and desk help almost ruined my computer.
