After 4 days of trying to get my phone back to usefulness I was directed to U Break I Fix by a competitor of theirs. The info gathering person was very efficient and helpful Though their work day was to end within an hour he took my phone to at least begin the repairs. About 25 minutes later the tech.brought me my working phone I was quite glad not to have to buy a new phone and have mine back to service. I gave him a tip since I really appreciated his work and in short amount of time. I did tell him I would be sending folks to them for repairs and timely returns. I am glad to have a repair .person I can depend on in our world of disposable every thing , who I can go to before trying to find something new I can learn I hope. .

No one who works there coordinated, and their work ethic was weak. They kept trying to charge me more for what they actually charged (because they don't coordinate), and they held my phone hostage for multiple days because they didn't start the work on my phone. Timeline here: I went beginning of Saturday to start the work. They told me I need to access my account on my phone/a certain password, so I offered to quickly get my tablet, but the receptionist told me to take my phone. First come first serve, so he could have started on my phone with the cracked screen but didn't, so they moved me down on their priority list. I wasn't gone for more than 30 minutes to get my tablet, and he was already asking me to give him basic information again. He said it would be a 6 hour job. At the end of the day, the receptionist called to say they did not even start, and he had a bad/gaslighty attitude. Sunday: closed I called midday Monday to a different receptionist, and he said they still didn't start working on my phone. I talked with staff BEFORE the job to factory reset the phone, and the girl who was working on my phone forgot to do factory reset and said it would be an extra charge even though we were clear since the beginning to do factory reset. To fix that mistake, it took an extra couple hours. Also, they almost didn't give me back my SIM card until I asked for it.

I've had to use this place three times, and the third time was the charm. First time I had a screen that needed to be replaced. Second time was also screen to be replaced. Third time on a new phone, and you guessed it I needed a screen replace. Just being clear that my issue was resolved, and I am happy with the service that was finally provided. But it took a while to get me to the spot. I have to drive a half an hour there and back, and had to do this three times in this situation. The first time, I actually made an appointment for 6:00 p.m. online, and was lucky enough to actually get there a few minutes before 6:00 to see the sign on the door said they close at 6:00. That was a little bit disconcerting. The next day, when I went to go pick up my phone, it was brought out unlocked. It was working no problem, until I got about 10 minutes away and realized that it wouldn't recognize my fingerprint. So, I had to go back the next day to have them fix that. I did get a phone call from someone in customer service, and the guy said he would be sending me some compensation due to the inconvenience of having to go back and forth so much. The reality is I'm just happy to have my phone back, but having to go there so many times and actually not receiving any compensation has me a little miffed. So I can only give them a three, and hopefully never have to go back there again... Not because it was the worst thing I've ever done, but because I would prefer to not bust my phone again 😵‍💫

Staff was extremely helpful and very nice. They stayed open an extra 45 mins for me! I forgot to update my phone before getting it fixed and my storage was full so they weren’t able to update it themselves. So when I came to pick up my phone I had to sit there and clear up my storage and then we had to wait for my phone to update and calibrate. Also I didn’t make an appointment and they were able to fix my broken screen same day. They went above and beyond for me when they really didn’t have to.

Prior to the appointment, he contacted me to confirm any necessary instructions and the estimated timeframe for the repair. This experience exceeded my expectations.
