Simple and easy process to get my issues taken care of. Friendly and polite employee who was completely understanding with my situation and he was able to walk me through several items of concern that I had. Overall between my phone and smart watch, I was literally there in a short period of time. Outstanding work and customer service. Basic text book on how you should work with customer. Back in day we would call this Basic boilerplate service. Thanks again for your help and due diligence.
