I broke my MacBook laptop screen which I heavily rely on for work and thought I would have to go buy a new computer right away. I called my friend, Jeff Lord, and he highly recommended them. I took my computer in right away, they ordered the screen and when the screen came in, I made an appt pretty quickly. I brought it in for an hour or two and it was done. The majority of the cost came from the screen and I was pleasantly surprised at how little they charged for the actual labor. Highly recommend!!

I recently shattered the screen on my LG G4 phone, but George was able to replace it very quickly. He responded to my initial request for a quote within a couple of hours, and a few days later the screen he ordered arrived. He was able to replace my screen a few hours later and everything is working well. I was very happy with the level of service and quick handling of this repair.

Needed a fix for a phone not charging properly. Not only did they get everything necessary for a full part replacement ordered right away, but they ended up able to fix the original part faster and didn't charge for the parts ordered. Fantastic customer service, and fast but thorough work done.

I had a broken screen on my cell phone. They said they could fix it, or get me a new phone. I asked them to fix it. It was fixed quickly, but people have a very hard time hearing me. I took it back in and they said it was fine. I went a week before being forced to take it back in again. They said it was fine, but they would look at it. There was an issue, and they were able to fix it without a charge. When I picked it up here was a scratch on the brand new screen. The gentleman helping me called the technician that worked on the phone. He said he scratched it while while working on it. They didn't offer to fox it again, or refund me. There's also a small indentation that I'm assuming is causing my battery to die quicker. No one followed up with me. If you're looking to purchase something from them, that has already been refurbished by someone else, you may be okay. I would not recommend to take your belongings in to get fixed after the multiple problems and service I received. I don't have any recommendations for another store, but at the moment I'll be sure to inform everyone of my experience before they make the same mistake I did.

I went in to have my iPhone fixed because it would not charge. I handed the phone over, and less than five minutes later was given it back completely fixed. I wanted to pay for the repair, but was told that it was a quick fix and that no payment was needed. Great and honest customer service at X-Tek.
