Came out to my office 2x to connect a computer and printer I purchased, and I still Can't print out Word documents, they expect the customer to Pay a service fee evertime they have to come out for an issue.

Fantastic service. They do upsale but only to make your system as best as it needs to be. The "Geeks" where professional, fast and kept me posted on ETA. One of the first times I am happy that someone sugessted additional product.

Had an issue with one of our phones, paid the 160$ for a replacement and when we received that phone there was many issues with it. Came to geek squad to see if they could help fix it and the woman wouldnt even look at the phone and just instantly wanted to charge us ANOTHER 160$!! Why am i paying monthly for their geek squad protection if they wont even help me!? Thank God for the man that talked to when we called the 1800 number, he thankfully is sending us another replacement FREE of charge. I dont think the people in the store know what they are doing.
