Brian is outstanding! My iMac had become super slow, laggy and lots of long spinning beach balls. I had a terrible experience with one guy who ended up not knowing Macs and charged me $200 to wipe my disk and reinstall the software which did not solve the problem. Then went to the Apple store after a long time with their help line was unable to help. Genius bar tech concluded that the 3rd party memory that I had installed failed and told me that was the problem. Got it home and same issue. Took it in and Brian quickly diagnosed it as the Fusion drive (SSD/HDD combo). Got it back today and SO fast. Just great to be running efficiently again. Recommend Brian enthusiastically to anyone. Make him your first stop no questions asked!

Brian was phenomenal! He really knows his Macs!! So I originally took my MacBook Pro to the Apple Store and they misdiagnosed and charged me for a battery replacement when it did not need one. What it needed was a new hard drive. I told Brian about the error codes I was receiving and he knew immediately what needed to be done. Not only did Brian get my computer back to me today literally in 2 hours he even took extra time to make sure everything was back on my cloud after it was lost the night before due to the hard drive crashing. Brain was amazing, he truly cares about his customers. He listened and understood my concerns about needing my computer back asap due to being in grad school. Brian is an expert in MacBooks! What also stood out to me is Brian gives back to families in need by providing them free repaired Mac computers! Truly a stellar human! I definitely will be back and will be referring to all of my Mac friends! Thanks again Brian!

Brian is both extremely qualified and 100% honest. Wish I’d found him sooner. I had a design office for 25 years (with 10 workstations), bought and maintained many Apple computers, so I recognize skill and experience. He’s the real deal.

They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. Definitely recommend. I wish they were open on Saturdays for at least a half a day. I live in the city and hard for me to get out to HP during the week.

I have run a small business using Apple Macintosh computers for over 35 years. We have a large, ragtag but usually fully-functioning, fleet of Apple iMacs, Mac Pros, Apple Xserve’s, MacBooks, Mac minis, and every other Mac flavor from 2007-2022 you can imagine in our network. Brian has successfully repaired and upgraded (and sometimes downgraded to older but necessary Mac operating system versions) a number of our machines over the years. Last year we brought him a load of 5 older 27” iMacs and he diagnosed each one for free, let us know which ones were repairable, which ones were worth fixing, from which of the former we could harvest parts and memory to re-use in the latter, and even offered to recycle those machines which were at the end of their useful life. Brian is a true Mac Genius who cares about his customers’ computers, but unlike most of those at the apple store “G Bar”, also truly cares about the customers who own those computers. An original Apple Mensch. His prices are reasonable, diagnostic skills impeccable and turnaround time incredible. At first I wanted to give him ten stars if I could, but then realized that if I only gave him the one star it might further delay him from being inundated with the legions of frustrated refugees from the apple store. So let’s just keep the Macnician as our little secret, shall we?
