They fixed my laptop within ~30 minutes of explaining my problem, and for what I think is a very reasonable price. The technician also instructed me on how I can avoid such problems in the future. If I ever have any major problems with my computers in the future, I will definitely be making another visit. Thank you for saving my laptop!

This company is simply the best. I have worked with in house IT departments and outside "big" and "medium sized companies" and none can compare to KCS. They are friendly, very knowledgeable and as fair as any IT company can be. I used them before and they were great, now they are even better. This is the ONLY company i would recommend.

I`m foreign and my English is far from perfect, but this fact does not mean, that I have not right for good service for my money. I appeared in your shop at 10 am with trivial malfunction in my laptop. Lady in your office suggested me to prepay $25 for nothing and wait 3 hours. I went to another shop and they fixed my malfunction in 2 minutes and for $17. They deserve 5 star score. Your service deserve 1 star score. It is simply. Best regards.

KCS is extremely helpful with our IT needs. They are always available for questions and concerns, and they are very proactive in letting us know when there is a threat on the web that we should be concerned about! Ken and his team are a great asset!
