Stopped in at 3:45 to get a battery replaced. They closed at 5. When the gentleman came out from the back he quickly diagnosed my phone and quoted me a price. I agreed to it and said go ahead. He then told me he couldn’t do it because there wasn’t enough time before they close but I could leave it and get it after 10am the next day. He said it takes 90 minutes to 2 hours to replace a battery. I declined to leave my phone. I went outside and found a place a block away that was open until 6. They had several people waiting but said they could get it done before they close. I came back at 5 and my phone was done and halfway charged. I guess that’s why your lobby is empty and his is full. Not a great business model.

Customer service was good. It did take about 2 hours and that's awhile to be without a phone. But at least with T-Mobile 's plan I had no out of pocket expense.

TLDR: Never good when you try multiple times to get your phone fixed and it's done wrong or not done at all. I feel like I've wasted about 12 hours of my time with this store. Go down the road to iWorx. They are faster, cheaper, and better. Most recently they called me to tell me a camera came in after waiting over a week for the part to be shipped in, so I dropped phone off. They took the phone, without confirming parts. They had actually already used the screen replacement the previous day on someone else's phone and we're out of stock. The camera part ended up being wrong for the 2nd time. They then held onto my phone for 3 hours before I called them to check on status, to find out they did nothing with it. I took my phone down the street to iWorx. They fixed the screen in less than an hour (every time CPR takes 2 to 3hrs) and charged me less. They did the camera 2 days later when the part came in.

I had a bad battery, they changed it out and tested it. It took longer than I expected, but it was on the weekend, so that's understandable. $99 for the whole thing plus a military discount. Will recommend them to others.

Did not perform the service he charged me for. Debit my card for $108 instantly. Would not refund the money after not doing the service nothing was done to my phone. I lost $108. Not a kind person to talk to at all. Very rough very bad person. I would never go back to CPR.
