Lazy workers! I stopped here on a Friday afternoon to simply drop off my laptop to be serviced. I was prepared to just leave it and pick it up a few days later once fixed. Instead, the Geek Squad employee tells me I need an appointment to drop off my laptop. I’m like, “Are you kidding, there is no one in line. You have no customers here?” Just put an order ticket on it and I’ll get it later. Still, he said no. I attached a photo with my review. I’ve never seen a company turn away business like this. I simply just tried to drop off my computer. I did not expect it to be fixed on the spot. In the future I will go somewhere else for my electronics needs. Obviously Best Buy/GeekSquad is too busy to be bothered with my petty business.

Just be aggressive if you dont have an appointment I guess, I had one and they served someone in the walk in line because he was upset about having to wait. I’ve come here three times and not once been helped within 20 minutes of my appointment time. The appointments are listed as 20 minutes but youll want to budget several hours in since its more of a dice roll when you actually get helped

The only reason I am not giving them only 1 star is because they recovered my crashed drive which was essence of what I needed. In process: they damaged ( broke) the seal that connects keys on laptop to the base. They damaged my speaker mute button. It stats on. They damaged the fingerprint sign on part that does not scan as easily as before so i know sensors are moved or damaged. I would look for another source of computer repairs before I go to them. Plus their prices are not the best.

The girl with glasses was really dismissive when I asked about water damage on my Mac. I asked her if she had any suggestions for me, but she said there was nothing she could do for me. If I had listened to her and done nothing, my computer would have permanent water damage. Luckily, I managed to figure out how to dry it through some research.

No one behind the counter. It was only servicing people with appointments, with only one tech. I couldn't ask for even a price quote.
