Mike is amazing, I called him as he was closing but agreed to work on my laptop and had it fixed within his 2 hour window. I desperately needed it working again. Mike showed me things about my laptop I was not aware of so he is very knowledgeable. While he charged an after hours fee, I am relieved he was able to fix it immediately, so do not begrudge him his after hours fee. I highly recommend calling Mike first. Mike called me this morning to ensure everything is working well and promised phone assistance when I need it. Mike really is amazing to work with.

My gaming PC kept crashing with no error reports. I tried every trick I know and dug through many internet threads with no luck. He fixed it in a week and even explained how he isolated the issue. Great service.

After a casual internet browsing session, I shut my laptop down for a few hours and attempted to power up again. Nothing. It turns out that after 9 years of use, the motherboard was shot. I took my machine to Michael at Apex computer and he quickly gave me a diagnosis so close to a major holiday. Michael ordered a new motherboard but also made other suggestions and small changes that I approved. He was very helpful and made my computer repair as painless as possible. I did lose a few programs, which was to be expected, but I was easily able to reinstall them (I would suggest to anybody to keep a list of needed programs written down somewhere). Also, everything on my hard drive was perfectly intact thanks to Michael and Apex. I would highly recommend. Much appreciation to Michael and his company!
