I’d love to give this company 5 stars because they were extremely helpful in the past with my personal laptops over the years. Sadly, they have turned their backs on the individuals, like myself, who occasionally need computer help and have decided to concentrate solely on business IT and support. Now individuals in Decatur are stuck with the option of dealing with the box stores like Staples or Best Buy or going out of town to seek support for our systems.

Just letting folks know that I live in the huge city of Dallas Texas. I've yet to find a better computer repair store with Jared working there. My latest build I've had two fail at figuring why my computer will not post. I had a feeling I knew more about newer computers than the repairman here. I drove 40 minutes to drop-off my system 3 weeks ago and the repairman is ghosting me. I miss Decatur Computers. You all have a great place to take your repairs. Update: My son took his gaming PC there, and a lady told him they don't repair desktops. Maybe it's cheaper to go to Best Buy now? I guess Jared left. Too bad. The guy was talented.

I was having issues with my computer being stuck in automatic repair loop and windows 10 wouldn't even start. I seriously thought I was going to have to replace it despite getting it 5 months ago. I chose to take my laptop computer here because of great google reviews. I felt they would be more attentive & affordable than "Best Buy's geek squad" My Husband dropped off my laptop for me after 4pm on a Tuesday. They closed at 5pm. I immediately started getting "update" emails from Matthew. Matthew was so professional and was just wonderful to have as my specialist. He constantly kept me updated with each step he was doing on my computer (I loved that). He called me to let me know my hard drive needed replaced. He gave me my options. I could use my warranty or buy a new one. Now here's where I was impressed, I thought my warranty expired after 90 days of owning my laptop. Matthew was able to tell me my warranty hadn't expired, that I could use it & when it does expire. He even went above and beyond by sending my computer to HP because it was under warranty. I figured he would have just had me come & pick up my computer, but He took care of everything!!

Decided to build my own computer but my brother and I had trouble getting it started. Took it in and they took everything apart and put it back together. Did a post check on it and cleaned the case and organized the wiring making it look nice. Once I hooked up the monitor thou it had no connection so I took it in and they got it going and even showed me how to install my software no charge on the 2nd trip. Will go back again if I run into problems.

Went in a while ago to have an extremely old hard drive looked at. They offered 3 different solutions and quoted prices before I accepted. Since they were slow, they took a look at it right then and after about 15 minutes of testing determined the drive was completely bad and unrepairable. I suspected this, but thanked them for their time. They even said that since there was no way to do anything, they wouldn't charge me for the diagnostic! Very professional and fair, would recommend for any solution.
