I had a terrible experience at U Break I Fix. When I first went there with my laptop issue, the guy at the help desk wasn’t welcoming at all and didn’t seem to understand my problem. The next day, I got a call saying my hard disk was corrupted, and it would cost XX amount to repair it, but all my data would be lost. I agreed and tried asking a few questions over the phone, but the same guy was rude and unhelpful, so I rushed to the store to understand the issue better. The following day, they called again, saying they couldn’t unlock my laptop or something, and suggested replacing the hard disk, which would cost around $240 and take more than a week. I said okay and waited. Over two weeks later, I finally got a call from them saying they couldn’t replace the hard disk and to come pick up my laptop. I was so frustrated! If they didn’t know how to fix it, they should have told me right away instead of wasting my time. After this, I took my laptop to Best Buy’s Geek Squad, and they repaired it, saved all my data, and returned it good as new within a week. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They lack professionalism and don’t seem to know what they’re doing.

Took an Xbox in to get its HDMI port fixed/replaced. The two associates I dealt were with extremely nice and clear about the work that was done and even gave me advice on how to preserve the console. Service was super quick too, work was done in 3 business days

I brought in a Google pixel 7. Screen was broken from a drop. They replaced the screen and it was back to working in 2 hours. Holy cow! What an awesome business. Way cheaper than a new phone and. Way better than waiting for an insurance replacement

Do I have to give any stars??? This location has employees (Joseff J.) who don't care AT ALL about their jobs or helping customers. Had a broken screen that they replaced, and less than 2 weeks later, the screen is out again. They said there was water damage???? Less than 2 weeks after the replacement? Are you kidding me??? Wouldn't honor the 1 year warranty. Wouldn't give me manager contact info. Wouldn't give me a copy of the work order findings. Didn't even check the damaged phone for a SIM card after I asked how to use an old phone temporarily while they worked on the broken phone (turns out my S24 doesn't have one, which meant an extra trip to Verizon). No empathy, no customer service skills, and by this experience, I can only assume they have no technical skills at all. If I ran my business like this location runs, I'd be OUT OF BUSINESS in a WEEK.

My gorgeous 105 lb Great Pyrenees knocked my Mac Book Pro off the coffee table and trashed the screen. My Apple Care had expired so I was in a bind. I had heard good things about You Break it We Fix it and made an appointment online for the next morning. They were very helpful with giving me an estimate for the repair. In a few days my Mac was up and running with a nice new screen! I’m very happy with the service and will highly recommend You Break it We Fix it to anyone!
