Bought a MacBook Pro laptop. Didn’t have battery adapter for charging. Well I had to purchase it but found it was because the laptop battery needs Service. Wow. You can’t return for refund either so you’re stuck. Highly not recommend to anyone. Very bad. Never answers calls , doesn’t return calls and is close on open hours. Terrible Service. Very disappointed.

UPDATE: The owner finally answered our call on 3/24/24 and he returned my husband’s phone (screen was never fixed and we told him we just wanted the phone back at this point). Luckily, my husband’s phone had a sticky note with his name and my cellphone number. He apologized and said they were closed due to a family emergency. (Updated from one to two stars). My husband dropped off his iPhone 11 on Sunday 3/17/24 to get his screen fixed (screen is cracked). The lady at the counter said the receipt machine was not working but the tech could start working on the phone on Monday 3/18/24 and it should be ready for pickup by 3/18/24 or 3/19/24 the latest. As of today, we have not been contacted and the store will not answer our calls or return the voice messages we have left. And now, they have a “Temporarily Closed” sign hanging on their store front. We have no idea if they will open again nor if my husband will get his phone back from this store. Unfortunately, my husband has no receipt from the store as proof that he left his phone there with a girl at the front desk. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN and take your business to a reputable store.

Stole my items refuses to give them back and broke the others and refuses to reimburse me for his mishandling .

Super friendly, super customer oriented. I bought a used laptop for a great price. Unfortunately, I got the touchpad wet and I totally messed up the laptop. I contacted the business and they responded right away and got me in the next business day and replaced the touchpad for free. Oh yeah, he was scheduled to be closed that day but he agreed to see me anyway because he knew that I am anxiously looking for a job and I couldn't be without my computer. I'd recommend him to my friends and family. I appreciate all that he's done to help me during these trying times.
