Smart Technology Services is a gem of a business. When unexpected issues come up with your devices it can be such a pain, but they make the process as easy as it can be. The best part of using this small business, besides their technical expertise, is that it’s very easy to reach them. I was able to call and talk to someone multiple times, including the technician that directly serviced my laptop. That’s rare to find these days and I appreciate the personal touch. They were able to quickly service my laptop and replace the hard drive, and the office is easily accessible. Thank you!

Amazing service provided! They are quick with their appointments and equally timely with their services. Was very happy on how they diagnosed the issue with my Lenovo laptop and delivered the fix they proposed!! I had a chance to get my laptop diagnosed by Juan. He was very kind, followed up and worked out a fix for my laptop. I'm very happy and relieved. Thank you :) I'd for sure recommend this service center any day!!

My MacBook had a minor problem that was covered in an Apple Quality Program. I made an appointment with Smart Technology Services because the shop was very close to me. I called in upfront, confirmed that they regularly followed Apple protocols, and brought my laptop in. The experience was pleasant and efficient -- the staff knew exactly what they were doing and made sure to utilize all resources they had available to solve the customers' problems. Mine in particular was timing - they closely followed up on the shipment of the part they ordered for my repairs and kept clear, prompt communication with me so that I got my repairs done in time while having maximum flexibility to access my computer. They are kind, well-informed, capable and resourceful -- an absolute delight to work with.

The fan on my new laptop failed and I needed a replacement. I found the local factory service centers close to me and originally scheduled with MicroCenter since they were the closest. I went in on my appointment day, explained to them the issue, and was told I it would be 3-4 weeks before they run diagnostics my laptop to determine the issue and then another 1-2 weeks to get parts and repair it. Keep in mind I already knew the issue and it would have taken them less than 10 minutes to verify by removing the keyboard. I asked if I could bring the laptop back in when they could do their inspection and was told no, I'd have to check the laptop in and leave it. With me needing my computer on a daily basis, I could not leave it and left. I went back to manufacturer's website and found the next closest authorized service center, Smart Technology Services. I called in and originally spoke to Warren, who was very helpful and started a ticket for me but asked me to call back the next day to get an appointment scheduled as the person I needed was gone for the day. The next morning, I called in and set my appointment for the upcoming Friday. Juan called me to confirm what my issue is and I explained the same thing to him as I did MicroCenter. He asked me a few more questions, told me he would just get the part ordered, and would let me know when it came in to schedule the repair. He said my information was complete enough not to need a primary diagnostic appointment, saving me a trip. Juan called me when the part came in and I was scheduled for two days later. I arrived on time, Juan got my laptop, and an hour later, it was fixed. Half way through, Juan even came out to let me know it would take a little longer than originally expected 30 minutes. The service here was amazing. What MicroCenter could or would not do in a month took three brief phone calls and one hour out of my day to get my laptop back to perfect condition. I will definitely return in the future, warranty or not.

Went in with a slowed down macbook after installing a new ssd hard drive that I'd been trying to fix myself for a while. Only took about 15-30 minutes to troubleshoot what the problem was. The guy working behind the counter gold me it was the hard drive cable and said I could easily fix it myself and that the cable was cheap. He helped me for free, and I really appreciate that there was no attempt for any funny business. As it stands this is one of the best experiences I've had with a computer repair service. I will definitely come back if I need to.
