Edit: I was naive, this is a scam. Luckily got my money back from my bank. They make you post a review while on the phone with them. DO NOT TRUST POSITIVE REVIEWS. The service was quick and all the problems I was experiencing with my computer have been resolved. The customer service representatives are very helpful, friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have.

Not going to give them an entirely poor review because they were polite, and did fix my computer, however I must say it does seem as though they do the updates needed so that you have to keep using their services. I never remember having to update so much on this Mac. In fact, it was never like this until they got in it. They charged me an initial 200 for the service plus 100 for some software download, and then charged me again for 100 last year without me knowing. I could have those numbers mixed up but those were all of the charge amounts to my bank card. What I am gathering is that it must have been an automatic renewal because I was to be covered for 2 years, however this has gone on for almost 3. I didn't even realize I was still covered this past year because they charged me without telling me it was being renewed. Then last week, they decide to tell me that they are closing and are going to be refunding me 200 dollars that I didn't even know existed, but after second thought they do owe me because I didn't receive an entire year paid for, not to mention they charged my card without asking which I am pretty sure is illegal. Still waiting on the 200 they owe me to show up in my bank. They also seemed to have accessed my microphone and put remote microphone access on my laptop. I have included screen shots of the software which I never authorized. Luckily my computer microphone doesn't work. Pretty sure that is illegal as well. Hopefully they see this review. -Terrance.

my experience with customer support was very knowledgeable and helpful.. Tech was great and gave me instructions and explained the apps he installed and the ones he deleted.. felt very comfortable and secure.

After contacting Kaspersky Internet Security to report a problem with downloading a new subscription, they transferred me to One Source as they are the techs for Microsoft and would clean up my malware and virus issue. After 5 days and over 15 hours of frustrating phone conversations and numerous maneuvers, my computer completely crashed. I had to take it to Best Buy where after more charges they found I had a burnt out hard drive and would have to replace it. After having paid One Solution $299.99 I was horrified to find out I would now have more charges. I requested a refund from One Source but after waiting over two weeks I still have not received it. I filed a complaint with the Chicago BBB and then heard from One Solution. They advised me they wouldn't refund the money now until I dropped the complaint with the BBB. I advised them I wouldn't drop the complaint until I saw the refund in my bank account. I was then threatened with their speaking with their attorney and advised to do the same. To date...no refund. I've contacted the Illinois Attorney General's Office so in a way I did contact "my" attorney.

The tech rep was great. the problem seems to be solved. the initial rep was hard to understand because I believe he was on speaker phone and that makes it considerably harder to transmit clearly. I would suggest you find another way to monitor the conversation other than speaker phone
