The owner made sure he understood the full issue I was having with my phone and then made sure I understood what was needed to make sure my phone worked like new. His price was great and it took him 1/3 of the time that other businesses told me it would take. I'm glad I found this business during my online search and have already shared NovaFix's company info with a few people who need their cell phones fixed.

Phone fell out of my pocket and screen shattered and was unusuable. Somehow my photos weren't backing up since 2020, so I was about to lose a lot of important things. These guys are great! I brought my cell phone for screen repair service and 30 min later my phone looks like new! Very fast turnaround time, very polite customer service! Repair was also cheaper then my insurance deductible! Easy parking on Chicago avenue! NovaFix saved me a lot o time and headache! Highly recommended!
