Really nice store, awesome location, everything new with lots of employees to help. Relaxed setting with plenty of seating area, there are clean restrooms inside & you're able to test out merchandise IRL. Not dummy plastic phones like at Walmart. This store is def worth a visit if you need to go to apple or even have some time 2 kill. I would recommend. It would be nice if there was options for beverages or snacks, then again I guess you can just walk to the nearest location. 🤷🏽♂️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently visited the Apple Store on Michigan Avenue, and I have to say it was an amazing experience! The location is perfect, right by Lake Michigan and next to a lifting bridge, making it easy to stop by while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The store itself is huge and impressively designed. It’s spacious and well-organized, allowing you to browse through all the latest Apple products comfortably. What really stood out to me was the outstanding customer service. With over 100 Apple representatives available, I felt supported and could easily get help with any questions I had. Whether you're looking for the latest iPhone, MacBook, or accessories, this store has it all. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, making the buying process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting this Apple Store if you’re in the area!

A very well designed Apple store, with all of the tech they sell, be it iPhones, iPads or Macs. I was just browsing but it was interesting to see the Vision Pro glasses live. Really cool technology, but also really expensive. They also have a really big screen and a bunch of seats for different events. There was nothing on when I visited though.
