I took my granddaughters IPad to be repaired due to the charging port only wasn’t working. I was told it would be $85 to replace. I paid $45 upfront for them to order the part. When part arrived, I took iPad in for repair. I got a call that it was ready. When I got to the store, I was informed that while they attempted to open the device that the screen cracked but they replaced at no charge to me. The next day the tablet wouldn’t come on. I took back to store and was told it’s a software issue and to leave it for them to reset which would be no additional charge to me. Fine. Then things started to go downhill. I was told to come back the next day to pick it up. I did and then was told they needed more time. I waited 2 additional days. I called them to see if it was ready and was told that the motherboard was no good and burned out the charger port and they couldn’t repair. They said we will refund you back $60 of the $85 and charge $25 for labor. Really. I took the IPad to Apple Store and was told it could not be repaired. I had to purchase a new device for my granddaughter.

Took one of the boys up here to get their iPhone unlocked. Pricing was affordable, took 30 mins or less. Pretty quick & straightforward! There is limited parking here though.

They fixed my phone and I paid before getting serviced and then when I went to pick the phone up they charged me an additional $40 because he claimed that my phone burnt out a screen he put on, so he had to put on another screen, Regardless of if he had to use two new screens… if you give me a certain price before I was serviced which was $130 why would you think it’s okay to add on an additional $40 once I pick the phone up? That’s bad communication because what if I didn’t have an extra $40 to spare? Then what? They did a great job in fixing my phone but they be got over on me for sure.

Horrible Customer Relations & Service. Deceptive practices & representation all with the goal of switching my carrier network. I immediately (while I was in-store) requested to be switched back but they charge a re-stocking fee plus other fees resulting in one-third cost reduction of payment.
