This place is great! Owner is knowledgeable and fixed my s22 ultra screen within 30 min without an appointment. Definitely would recommend and will be using them in future.

They were excellent. My son’s phone wasn’t working and we went to Apple- they said it would cost me 350$ for replacing the back of the phone $ it would be even more. Told me the battery wasn’t charging and the phone is a brick. The person here at connect said- let me try doing a diagnostic on the phone and that’s free.. He just changed the screen and the phone is fully functioning for 100$ Trustworthy and I will definitely come here if I have issues with the phone.

Great service, my battery in my Surface laptop puffed up while I was visiting from out of town. They were able to remove it without damaging the display for a very affordable price and neatly gave me all the hardware to take back home to finish the repair. (I wasn't in Illinois long enough for them to order the battery and replace it, otherwise I would have considered that option). Thank you!

Great place excellent customer service made you feel right at home , best part was he was able to fix my phone screen in less then 5-10 minutes and also gave me a brand new case so I could protect my phone 10/10 ! Definitely stop by to get your phone fixed here !

Zubair is cool. He knows his stuff. I went in to get my shattered back plate replaced with a spare I had and display that had stopped from a fall. My issue was fixed within minutes and he chose to not charge me for it!! Highly recommend to get your phones and electronics repair (they fix sound systems too).
