Michael is a rare gem! He obviously loves what he does and cares for his customers. He does excellent work for a very fair price, plus he goes above and beyond! He exceeded my expectations in every aspect. He is patient and kind, takes the time to understand your issues, discusses options, and just goes that extra mile to give the absolute best customer service. He actually did more work than what we agreed to, without charging more, and had my computer back up and running in less than a day. I highly recommend him!

Mike was great, he diagnosed my problem quickly, told me what he was gonna do, and kept me updated on the status of my PC when something new would come up.
