Tristan was absolutely fantastic! After a very frustrating two weeks of internet searches and walk throughs tutorials for self fixes trying to fix my own PC, I finally gave Tristan a call. He got back to me faster than I expected and talked to me about what I was experiencing. Less than a few days later and a very reasonable amount of money, my PC was back to running. He even cleaned it which was defintely necessary. Which reminds me, I should clean it again. See, he's still helping me. But seriously, if you need tek help and your anywhere close to Tekdistrict, call Tristan. Don't just go to Best Buy.
