Customer service is very poor with a employee by the name of luis.i purchased a phone from the store in twin falls best buy from Luis who agreed to set up my new phone this employee told me he lost all my contacts on my phone and he couldn't retrieve them and that it would cost additional money to retrieve them. This caused me much anxiety over the thought of loosing my contacts.luckilly an old friend of mine was able to retrieve them for me BAD customer service with the employee by the name of Luis who works at the store geek squad in twin falls

Helpful advice. Appointments are spotty. But they're knowledgeable and helpful. I'll edit my review in the future if I need to interact again in-store. I'm satisfied with my experience with the squad there. I recommend them.

Went to see the Geek Squad because my laptop wouldn't connect to the internet. They had it fixed by the next day. Brought it home and have have not had any issues with it. Thank you Geek Squad!

I only had my new computer 5 days when a button popped off. Vance and Matt tried to fix it but determined it would be better to replace my computer. I was very appreciative of their service and professionalism. They were awesome. I had considered buying my computer online and I'm so glad I didn't!

I did bought the screen protect they replace if it breaks. The screen protector did NOT protect. I did not even drop it! I came in to get it fix and the wouldn't. I had to go buy a new phone!! The next day I came in to get a new protector on the new phone, with the receipt, and they refused. I had to drive 45 minutes to get a " Guarantee" new protector which the refused to work with me AGIAN! This is the second trip I've made to them and they refuse to work with me. Do not buy the glass protector with the warranty. They have horrible customer service and did not work with me at all to get my situation fixed.
