Awesome internet and streaming speed at a great price with no hidden or added fees. Customer service is super helpful and very kind. We have been happy and with a home office and a handful of kids we usually have over 20 devices pulling at the same time...so that is saying something!

We've been with PMT for a year today! They have been excellent... During the waiting period they kept in touch so we never felt like they forgot about us while they were putting the fiberoptic out north to us. Since then we have never had any problems with our internet or service.

I have got mixed service from PMT so I give them three stars because they need to work on customer serivce. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: They offer the fastest internet for best price. Their speeds are amazing for the most part the product sold for internet through fiber are great for the most part. Cons: I have had very mixed customer service assistance. Many of them are cordial and kind, but I have had some of their staff treat me poorly and seemed more concerned about making money or charging me extra money than understanding my situation and trusting their customer. Final thoughts, I will continue to use their service, but try to avoid getting assistance from their staff. As long as the internet keeps working fine I will stay with them.

They are good, the Wi-Fi is fast and plans are good. But very unprofessional when it comes to getting the Wi-Fi into your home. Or even getting a straight answer of when they come around to that. I’ve been without Wi-Fi for a month.
