The only place I will ever go for issues with my phone or when i need a screen protector! Devin was professional, quick, and a pleasure to talk to! My wife had an iPhone that was stuck on apple logo after an attempted update. I took it in and Devin (the owner) and after he tinkered with it for a while he decided that it would have to be factory reset to get it going again. After he factory restored it he came and handed it back, gave me some instructions for repairing it to Apple ID, and said I was good to go. " How much do I owe you?" I asked "No Charge, just remember us is you have issues again." Seriously?! Since I had expected to pay at least 100 Dollars anyways and i needed two screen protectors I asked him to put some on. He charged me 32 bucks for 2 tempered screen protectors and installation (which was perfectly installed and I only had to wait for 5min!) Thanks Devin! Ill be back.

Ok! When I put 5 stars I mean ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I am always helped and my expectations are always met. I can tell the owner ( I feel bad I forgot his name) loves what he does as actually enjoys it. He helps with old IPhones, repairs broken screens, he takes Apple care. He also has phone cases. He will be helping me with my IMac 🖥️ soon to get old information off for my new computer. I hope I mentioned all the things that you might be needing because he can help you with all Apple products. Oh he fixed my kids locked iPad in less than 30mins

I'll never be back, I wish I had gone with TheRexTech. Slow, unhelpful, and rude. Definitely would not recommend for PC issues. Update: TheRexTech fixed my issue in less than 3 hours and for less than a quarter of the iSource price Terrible customer service and frustrating company to work with. The owner was rude, and his employees didn't follow up. When I asked why that was, he told me to come pick up my stuff. It's not just that they didn't follow up, they said 3 different times that they would call me, and missed all 3. Because of their negligence I was without a computer (TheRexTech will rent you one while you wait) for the weekend, but I was waiting for their call back under the impression I could get one.

Sold an iPhone awhile back and the person buying it asked to meet here. I met them here and we did the scan on the phone for the battery health and stuff like that. The guy working was super nice and did the scan pretty quickly. Made the sell super easy and worth coming to this place. It's located in the same building as the cafe rio as well.

Isource review I will never go to anywhere but iSource for anything Apple related again! The most phenomenal and efficient service of any company that have dealt with in the last decade. In the midst of my last semester of grad school, smack dab in middle of exams, i cracked my MacBook screen. Total NIGHTMARE. They had my part in less than 12 hours from the time I called and took less than hour to repair. And did so without any data loss! Well worth the 400+ miles i traveled to get there! I so appreciate the extra mile these guys went for me- confirming part delivery, & following up with me every step of the way. Had I not found iSource, i would stilll be waiting on the screen I ordered from another company and seriously looking at failing the term. Every other authorized apple service center in the state of Montana told me at least a week before the part would come in, that they would need to erase my data, and keep my computer for the repair for multiple days. Even Apple estimated a minimum of 10 days for the repair process if i had mailed in. Thank you ISource for saving my semester, my sanity, and my computer !!!
