No one is happy when facing a computer disaster. I felt better after speaking with Roger. Dropped my unit off and in a couple of hours he called with his diagnosis, I agreed with his recommendations and he ordered parts. PC Tune is fantastic! I highly recommend them for your computer needs. My recent journey with my computer has been a pain for me. In July I dropped my external hard drive and sent it to the warranty company for repair/ data recovery off Amazon. They were terrible and unhelpful. They finally returned my HD which I had to ask for. I took it to PC Tune and Roger explored and explained all my options. Then, I allowed myself to get hacked! My computer needed to be cleaned! And I needed more memory. Roger took care of all that. THEN, SOMEHOW, I bumped the power button and my like new computer wouldn’t start! Back to Roger! He fixed it, and I am up and running again. Roger communicates well, he is timely and does what he said he would do. He is fairly price and I will be using him for all my future computer related needs.
