The best customer service around for computer support! I refuse to go to anyone else because of the amazing work here. I have had my power supply, cooling system, hard drives replaced, wnd gotten it done promptly with fantastic communication. If you need someone who is reliable this is the guy I strongly recommend. My favorite computer place by far.

Nice little place with decent prices, bought some Thermal Paste for only $3! Has lots of older RAM and HDDs. Tim's a really good guy, very friendly.

My C drive was out of space so Tim suggested a larger hard drive so I could update Microsoft and back up my phone. Tim is honest, kind, trustworthy, and professional. Tim was awesome. He provided support over the phone and had several good ideas as to what my computer problem might be. He also worked with me one-on-one and reasoned his way through the problem. He has a very common sense approach and was able to walk me through how everything was working so that I could understand it as well.
